Looking for a Techy

So, I am currently working on a server called CloudFantasy MC. We were open before and had a decent player base, but due to some issues we had to close down. We have been working for about a month now, and we realized that we aren't the best at tech stuff. I basically need someone who has a good knowledge of configuring stuff, but there is one thing I mainly need. You have to be able to work with the quests plugin. There is no application, but to make the position, you must be able to make a quest with the plugin listed below. The one that I deem to be the best quest, and the one who shows to be the most knowledgeable about creating quests will get the position. Happy configging, and may the odds ever be in your favor.
