Looking for this certain server...

I had played on this big city role play server, where there was a spawn and it had a few enderchests, just a square and you walked out, went down the stairs out the wall and there was the city, roads upon roads and street names, everything!, houses big and tall each one next to the other, all in close-ish plots. They went on for a long time but it wasn't too boring, it was interesting and every little bit, the main road had gone down into some stairs, like.. twice or three times i think.. then at the end of the big road, you found the SLUMS. Where it was just a beaten up griefed looking house and some random blocks, and the rest of the ways were broken structures, and a long blank pasture that seemed to be pitch black all the time, and mobs spawned everywhere.
It was actually called "the slums" too!. And on one of the streets, there was a nice cute little bakery someone had made and she gave free cake.

I can not find the server name anywhere! I'm not the best researcher, but.. i cant find it anywhere, so if anyone remembers this server and even knows the name, or link to it! or the IP address.. etc. I would be so grateful if you told me! :'D or commented it!.
