Looking for a type of Server

I was looking for a survival and Towny/Factions server that has ranks that you can purchase with in-game money. If anyone has a server like this, please post it on here, because I would really like to play it. My only other requirements are it has to have an active community (don't want to be doing it all alone) and has to have no lag. If anyone could help me out, that would be nice.
