Looking for a web dev and a dev for my server!

Hi guys, for my server, MineandCraftandMine, which will be out soon, I am in dire need of a web developer and a java developer to make a website and some custom plugins! We are not going to be one of those servers that just disappears after a month without a trace, we are working hard to get this server up and running!
