ZDragonSlayerx [Staff Application]
Intro:
Hello there everyone! I've been leaving and re joining Minecraft and it's community. I guess right now I feel interested in helping moderate a server! The following is a bit of info about me, if you want to have me as a part of your staff feel free to contact me on the forums or on Skype(Info Below). Thanks for taking your time to view this in advance!
P.S! just so I don't waste your time reading all of my application. . . I have two requirements for becoming a staff member.
A) The server must have a community(Size doesn't matter, but there is no point moderating an empty server)
and B) The server must have a more player to staff ratio(Meaning there are more players than staff members regularly)
I only ask that because I don't want to waste my time on a server that is not growing. If you know what I mean. Once again, thanks for reading!

Maturity(I'll be honest, this category seems rather silly, but just for your sake I'll jot it down.): Well, there is no real way to accurately calculate maturity, but as a staff member I take my job very seriously, but as a member of the community I like to goof around and have fun(not in an abusive way).
Personality: I am very quiet, but when I start up I'm the most energetic person in the room/server. I love being creative and innovative whenever possible. I could be one of the most chill people you will ever meet on the internet I never get angry at anyone and if I do, I do not show it.
Hobbies: I play Golf and Basketball for sports. I just started my path to learning Java. I love to animate, draw, and read!

Most Desired Position(s): Whenever I am moderating, I like to be in the very middle of authority. Which means I do not want to be at the very top of the ladder, but I would like to be privileged enough to properly moderate.

Minecraft Expertise: Redstone or Command Blocks.
Experience: I know this sounds kinda phony or cheesy, but I have been playing Minecraft for so long, I can't remember any specific examples, but my applications has never been denied for reasons other than age, nor have I ever been fired/demoted for misbehavior or abuse.
Why I would make a great Staff member: I would make an excellent staff member for not only my vast knowledge and experience of moderating a server, but because of what a dedicated community member I am. I can not guarantee I will be active 100%, but that's because I have other real life issues or things to deal with(Mostly School). However, I think the one thing that makes me stand out the most from other staff members is my ability to maturely and calmly take care of issues with the server. I have seen it countless times where staff members rashly deal with a player and get punished for it and they start making a dramatic exit or just start plain raging. Here's a lovely example:
Owner: Steve, I am sorry, but due to your actions against the community you are being demoted.
Steve: WHAT THE F**K MAN! WHY AM I DEMOTED U A**HOLE! I DID NOTHING WRONG!
Steve: OK FINE! IM LEAVING! I GAVE SO MUCH TO THIS SERVER AND THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT ME. . .!?
You get the idea, I hope. So that concludes my staff information!

Hey zDragon! I am very interested in hiring you as a staff member! There's one issue though. I have just started up a HUB server, so it's still beginning. I don't have many staff members. So the Player to Staff ratio is fine. I can feel this server growing already, so please come onto the server! ^.^
