Today I am here to tell you that I am currently open to any server
that needs my help/needs staff. If I can help, ranging from any rank from Helper-Co-Owner,
then feel free to comment down below. If this wants to be private you make contact me on Skype @ eadric9 but, please do not call me as I don't call people that I don't know well.
Here is my application, you may also tell me what to add/change anytime.

Why I want to be staff on your server: I would like to be staff on your server because I
am a very truthful person, and can be active a lot. If im not on for a while, I am
probably busy with homework(highschool >.<) or with other things at my house. I
understand how hard it is to run a server, and also how hard it is to find
good truthful staff. Sometimes it just is hard too, but sometimes you
can find the right people. I would make a great addition to the team, as I cannot code
yet, but I work very very well with configuring plugins/working with the plugins.
Past Experience: I have lots of past experience, as I have been accepted on many servers for staff. You probably will see quit a few out there, so if
you don't believe me I suggest looking at some of those posts.
If you would like, I do all my services for free, for example when
I get into developing plugins, my service will be free. Making a website for
you is free as well(got domain?) . So I will guarantee that you will have a great
staff member on your staff team. If you also didn't know, I
work great with plugins/permissions, so if you need any help with that, be free to
ask me anything. Some things may require me too have the config files, so
I will tell you when that happens and if you want I am free to tell you what to do,
otherwise feel free to send my the file through email @ deadersky@gmail.com or through
Skype or any other way you can think of.
Building pictures: Sorry, I really don't have any. I am not the building type of guy,
I am more of a plugin guy :O ( ). rating: 2/10 I am not great at all,
sorry people :I
Scenarios:
A person is spamming an ip/anything in chat and isn't listening
to your warnings. What would you do: I would first off kick them to
remind them to respect/listen to staff members and follow
the rules. If the came back again and starts doing it again, it would
be a tempmute for 1 day. If they still are doing that after that, or they are join/leave spamming or any other way, I would permanently mute them, as well as if the yare afk/join spamming
a perm ban (which is a last resort, I don't like banning/Tempbanning either.)
A person threatens to DDoS the server. What would you do: I
would instantly ban him as this is a serious problem. If they actually do,
all we can do is put up a firewall, or some kind of protection,
as we cannot do anything by mute/kick/banning him, as that will have no effect
on what he will do. It will only fuel his rage, and make him
try and DDoS the server even more while we can do nothing about it
but try and protect the server with a firewall or some other kind
of computer protection from hacker trying to get into your computer.
Other: Nothing much, other than I love helping
out servers my name is Ryan, and I can help everyone do
what they want. :3
