I'm an experienced builder and have been playing Minecraft since 1.2.5 and I am experienced in being staff on many servers and I owned a server which went down due to the lack of funding.
Despite this, I have come back to Minecraft as a new individual and I can help in any which way you deem necessary. I can configure plugins and manage staff and players, as well as providing exponential support on building the server in it's entirety.

Making a plea for staff instead of just joining servers and helping right off the bat while letting ranks come to you by you proving yourself does not help your case for becoming staff on a decent server. Just makes ya look desperate.
I really wish more people understood this.
