Looking to Help out a server[Server Tech]

Ok first of all, I dont need payment, but I will accept it if offered. I am just looking to help out someone who doesnt know what they are doing.

These are my steps to help your server!
1. Address what is wrong (without looking at the back end)
2. Discuss with the Owner what needs to be done and why
3. start dividing up the work between ownership in order for maximum efficiency.
4. Start fixing the issues
5. Discuss what I have done, with ownership
6. Testing and bug fixing
7. Advertising (if given permission)
8. Help the Owner figure out what he is doing
9. Give the Owner referral links to help him solve technical problems that may show up
10. Maintain the server and improve it along the way


With that said, this is all I ask for requirements
1. Have a server Host
2.are dedicated to opening and maintaining a minecraft server
3. Is able to work with me
4. Have skype or teamspeak
5. Wants to have fun
