Looking to Help Staff a server

Hello Minecrafters, My name is Logan and i am 19 years old

I am looking to join a server and help as an individual as a staff member.

I have ran 3 servers in my time in which none were successful because i could not find dedicated staff.

I know how to configure most Bukkit plugins and I love to help build
The only permissions that I am familiar with is Groupmanager

On a maturity level i would have to say 8 because i love to have fun with other members and no one is a perfect 10 lol

I am mostly available on weekends and some weekdays but i can create a schedule for you if you need me to

I am a quite friendly person and i know how to work with Gamers on the servers

The main reason why i want to help staff is because i am looking for friends and i know how hard it is to help staff a successful server

Also i have a youtube channel that isnt quite big but i am talented in making music, and advertising servers with my recording abilities
