Reason for wanting to join I am applying because I have always enjoyed playing this game and I can not imagine what a difference I could make for your server. I am amazed by the way that people thoroughly think through every little detail in order to make a masterpiece and I would like to help! I feel that I could make a big impact on the way that you take care of your server and not to mention help other players and staff in understanding what they are expected to be able to do and how to do it.
Experience I first joined this game around December 2014, when my account was given to me as a christmas present. Ever since then, I have thoroughly enjoyed minecraft and spend incredulous amounts of time on this extraordinary game.
The first minecraft server I would like to talk about is Grancraft. Grancraft was the first server I ever worked as staff on and was dedicated to. I started out as a ChatMod, who had the responsibilities of moderating chat. The commands I was trusted with include kicking, temp banning, and permanent banning. I worked on this amazing server for around 5 months, when I quit because I hadn’t been recognized for all the hard work I had done for that server.
The second server I would like to mention is CosmoCraft. CosmoCraft is a space based server, including many minigames. The server started out as one server and eventually with my help, turned into a network. We had an outstanding number of 100 daily players on each of our three servers. We had Factions, CosmoCraft, and Creative, though our most successful server was CosmoCraft.
The third server I would like to talk about is RealityMC. RealityMC was a server that I had created. It was a reality based gameplay server, where you started a family and had to maintain a job in order to provide for that family. Basically anything that you would have to do in real life, you would have to do on my server! On the first day, we achieved a player base of 30 people, the second day we had about 50. My server had to get shut down because we had too many setbacks ranging from developers abusing their powers, to server malfunctions.
The fourth server I would like to talk about is CryptechRaids. CryptechRaids was a factions server owned by CyberSideHD. This was the first server I had ever joined and I continued to play on it all throughout 2015. In October I had been given the role of Moderator, which meant I was to moderate the entire server! The reason I had quit this server was that they had a reset in late October when they decided to change every little detail about the server. It was no longer CryptechRaids, and it had a very low playerbase. The server soon got shut down and I was left to find a new server to play on.
Over all the servers I had been part of, I have picked up quite a few skills that I didn’t even know you needed to work for or own a server. I soon learned how to manage plugins, work server console, and even picked up a few outstanding build skills that I have come to appreciate. If it wasn’t for all the higher staff helping me through my journey, I would not be able to do all the things that I can do today.
Loyalty Not sure what you mean by this? But.. I am very loyal and a hard working person. I enjoy playing this game and working with you would totally boost my spirit. I feel I could do an awesome job.

Reason for wanting to join: Well I want to join to help out and spread the message about the server and meet some new people and make it my new project which I can actually enjoy and make sure that the server is running healthy and correctly. With the recent servers I have joined they seem to not want my experience and understanding on board.
Experience: I have 3 years of experience of both towny and mc which is useful as I can play different servers and adapt to their type of server and help out where needed. I have experience of being all co owner, head admin admin, head mod, mod and helper but I feel co owner is the role for me as I am a dedicated mc player who can help the owner with choices to benefit a server. In most servers I play/played I was recommended by other staff.
Loyalty: 10/10 I will put in 100% of my time and dedication whenever/wherever I can to help the server process to the next level and the way that the server is needed to be run is down to the owner I respect that but with my help I can get my friend who is an incredible builder to help us.
