Skills: I am good at using plugins such as GroupManager, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, Prison based plugins, MineReset/MineResetLite, along with other plugins that i know.
Maturity: I personally don't like jokes as if it is a security risk or even just teasing another person, I take any of them seriously.
Ban Procedure: I would ask what they did, if they said grief i would use an anti-grief plugin such as CoreProtect, LogBlock, or Hawkeye. as i have used those in the past. if it proves to be true that it is griefed i would ask for the reason why. usually i just temp-ban them for around 12 hours if that was their first time. second time is a ban and requires a ban appeal within site.
More Skills: I did enjin sites like guhg.enjin.com http://aqua-phoenix.enjin.com/ and a few other ones i can't remember. i have also done premium sites but i can't provide any examples of them. i can do it just as Trial Plan also.
Trust: I have been admin on multiple servers and Co-Owner of a Prison server.
Extra: I usually am able to spend around 6 hours a day. but that is only for a few weeks as Lacrosse season is starting again. I am on the East Coast of the United States. I am able to speak and write a decent amount of Spanish, and i am learning Japanese. i prefer English though. I can manage an Instagram account for the server to get members and advertise to over 120 people at once. Also if there is anything else that you might question just comment and i will try to reply to it.

Agreed. People need to realize that they need to be members on a server for a long duration of time before they apply. Especially blindly, such as this situation.
Another thing that should be realized is by owners of servers. They have made this mentality in people that is: "If I apply on enough servers, I will eventually get staff." This is a problem that needed to be addressed. Owners shouldn't get staff for a server until they have a definite base of players. A server should be 88% players/people who donate and 12% staff.
