Looking Skyblock

OK I was unsure if this was the right spot for my post or not but here is my issue,
I am looking for a Skyblock (yes I know There are Plenty) I happen to be really picky and the server i played on for 1 year closed.

If no one knows of a server can they point me in the right direction for a Host with easy Pluggin and tech help since I am awful at CPU.

What I am looking for in a Skyblock

1-(Protection from random people , not just chest and furnace , I like to build Large useful time consuming Builds , so no griefing is a must
2-( a fully stocked Shop from seeds and foods to spawners and clay
3-( in the shop im not looking to only sell 64cobble for 5$ then pay 150 for 32 dirt AKA I'm looking for realistic pricing NOt to easy not to Hard . I want to mine sell buy and build In one Game play
4- ( I want to buy a rank to fly - and have a house / area to build by spawn so people can see (hey that guy paid money! I should give money too)

yes skyblock is a survival map but even when i play survival i am able to have access to all or most blocks to build Fantastic things .

If your server has all this Let me KNow if Not Point me in the right way to build my Own
