It says threads should be based on looking to hire, not the other way around. Get your facts straight. When it says (at the main forums page under Server Recruitment) 'Recruit or apply for server positions' it refers to a person actually posting their application on a hiring thread, not a completely new thread about you wanting to join any server. I couldn't care less how it makes you look, it's just not what you're supposed to post.

Threads like these are annoying.You people act like your doing server owners a favor by "offering your services". news flash: you aren't. plus, you basically want a very high rank for doing no work, except looking desperate online.
