MsTacticalHello! My name is MsTactical (Shay) and I have been playing minecraft for around Four years. I had taken a break of minecraft due to school and work but as of lately i am no longer busy and will have plenty of time to serve the community.
The rank I would like to apply for is Moderator. I prefer to not pick a rank that i may not be able to serve due to my leave from Minecraft and a possible change in commands.

I want to become administrator because I want to help this new community grow, i've recently left a community i helped build from the ground due to the fact I was treated unfairly and my work wasn't appreciated. I want to become admin to make the server fun for everyone, the way I'm going to do that is by enforcing the rules upon everyone. The main reason I want to become an administrator is so I can help.

Sadly I have either left the communities or they have gone bankrupt and shut the server down. Thats why I'm now looking for a new staff rank to occupy me with my free time.

Why do you want to become a moderator/admin? Becuase then i can Be an Encyclopedia, being a staff member who can work with the community, and also being a demonstrative mod explaining person. When I say being an Encyclopedia, I mean that if someone needs help and I am on, I will do my best to get them what they need. Which includes telling them directly, having someone who knows more than me explain, or giving them a quick link to a nice reliable page to find their information. Now onto being that Community staff member. This can be beneficial, because I am a staff member but I still look like a player, and I indirectly find out what the members want without them or yourselves having to ask them. Why should you recruit me as part of the admin team?: You should choose me over other others because I can bring a lot to the server. To start off my desire to help. This is important because the main job of being a staff member is to help the server grow. Also I am very committed. I will put all of my time and effort into this server and make sure that I wont give up. Next, I am very experienced in being a staff member and in minecraft in general. In addition, I am trust worthy and honest. You probably wouldn't want anyone who lies and someone you can't trust. If you were to hire someone like that it would be hard to feel safe with them on your server. You can feel safe with me. I am also good at solving disputes. If there are two players fighting in chat I would be able to help figure out the issue and put an end to it. I can be strict but also a guy who can have fun. What's important about this is that you wouldn't want someone who is too strict and you can't be a friend to, but you also don't want a guy who doesn't take rules seriously and is too much fun.
