Made new server

So I made a new server called canonrealm.Its new it as a logo(not good ),name,and a MOTD I was hoping someone would come on and help me out.

What does the DIRECT IP do? Cause the IP listed wont let me sign on. Keeps telling me to "Try restarting your game"
