Manager/Supervisor needed
Your role as supervisor will be recruiting lower ranked staff managing content on the forums managing server rules players.. once gained trust you will have access to ssh to the server to restart and run backups and if you have the know how to manage plugins/create perhaps in the future you could work up to a dev.

As you know I had a few servers which are sadly closed down forever but I helped a few people make servers using TeamViewer (look it up) and yeah I can maintain and I can give the right plugins for your needs.
Experience with xenforo?: Don't use xenforo use Enjin
what can you bring to the server?
1: I am a great helper
2: I take unlegit off people but if they lie and i /invsee them and they have unlegit items i will do harsh stuff like kick, ban or jail
3: I report hackers ASAP
4: I help other staff members OUT!
5: I do not like people who abuse their donator powers (go get buycraft).
6: I am sometimes active but you may not see me online because my timezone is (UTC+8:00 Perth)
7: I am good at customizing plugins (not making them) and I make apps for iphones and ipads.
8: If people ask me for items and money I will only give them $100 ign and an iron block
9: I know many commands so I can easily treat people the way they deserve for e.g: If they fight I will give consequence like 1/3 warnings or mute or if people help me out with stuff I will give them rewards.

Experience with xenforo?: None :/ I know this may affect my chances a lot, But I can learn. You can give me experience with it. People have to start somewhere. Please don't let this affect it.
Why should you get picked for this over the others: I am experienced with many areas of staff. I have been staff on easily over 20 servers. I want to be given this chance to start new and fresh. Some owners think I would become inactive and disloyal, But owners I have staffed for say I'm very loyal and active. I would be good at keeping this in order and running smoothly. I will say though that I'm not sure I'm very good at doing plugins as much as you may want. Might have to teach me a bit or I can just help run website and the inside server. I do not feel right to only tell you the good, But also the bad. For I believe you should know exactly what you are getting. I have been known to have a rage problem when I feel something is unfair or not right. I have been a drama queen in the past, But am working on these issues and many more. Some people would tell you I'm the nicest fairest person you will meet. Others will say I'm a horrible person. Depends on who you are. I am known to be nice to players when I am staff. I would really love this chance. Thanks!

How many hours can you dedicate each day?: I don't like to make promises because things happen and you cant keep them, But I am a very daily player usually.
Previous Experience: As I have stated previously I have staffed on easily over 20 servers. I have been Mod and Head_Mod on numerous servers. Been Admin on 2 servers. I have never been Head_Admin but would really love the chance someday. I have been Co_owner on 1 server. I have also recently just shut down my server. So that means I have clearly been a Owner. So yes very experienced.
Additional Comments(include exclusive stuff about you): Well... Umm... I am pretty much just a girl who loves minecraft and playing with people. You better not be sexist. People against girls playing minecraft or thinking they cant do crap highly upset me.
