Hello, I operate a server called FlufferCraft, and I am looking for good people willing to work with us for a long time. If interested, please reply with the following format as your application. 6) Why do you want this position? What are some traits that you have?
I wanted this position to be a partner and help my fellow Minecrafter's achieve their success. I have a few helpful traits as in i'm a good programmer and help desk experience and i would love to put them in good use.
7) What trait do you think a good staff member should have and why?
A good staff member should have experience and loyalty because it takes time and effort to be a staff and should also have a good understanding in commands such as PEX for example so they will preform better as a staff and more efficient.
8) What can you do for the server?
Keep staff well trained and switched on at all times as long as there are players online.
9) Why are you a better pick than other applicants?
I have experience a lot of it and i mean alot for example i have been co-owner on Cloud network servers including enderman.biz before they changed there ip and also several smaller servers i have been head admin, admin and mod, and put hard work and effort into these roles as a staff but i believe i can work more efficiently in a leading position.
Secondly I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a admin position on Cloud Server, a 30 slot public server hosted by CreeperHost in the UK. It was successful and had alot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod on ExampleCraft, a small 15 slot which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing).

I would watch them if they seem slightly using aura i would warn the if they keep on doing so they will receive their punishment but if it does not look like he's hacking i would ask other's to be honest and tell me the truth.

90-130 players
