MCProHost sucks. Their prices are so high for what they have? It's not worth it, look at http://www.endereyehosting.com. Way better servers, and half as cheap, great support, and even comes with a free domain on some plans.

Use FileZilla. Get the FTP info from files then FTP access. Or files and then backup

You server needs to be set up with FTP access smart one. That. Is why I asked what Control Panel he was using.

Who you calling smart one jack ass. I use mcprohosting with multicraft. It comes with FTP. Now who is the smart one.
