What is McPvP?
McPvP is a Hardcore PvP server, in which you fight mobs, battle other players, make a faction, and make a name for yourself amongst the others. McPvP is comprised of two main elements: PvP and Factions. The choice is yours; Create a faction with your friends and make yourself known, or become a lone wolf and hunt down others. Either way, it is still a lot of fun. We also added an addition to our server base, that being Hunger Games. You must fight against other players in various settings and hope you are the last one left.
Specifications and Plugins
We have spent over two weeks creating this server, and much effort has been put into it. We provide over 25 plugins to enhance your game play experience. We have implemented MCMMO, which allows you to level up your character and receive special skills, such as a serrated sword or the ability to repair your tools. We also implement Factions, which allows the player to create a sort of "team" with their friends, claim land, and raid other factions. Finally, our last main plugin is iConomy, which creates an in-game economy where players can buy and sell various items. This works in coherence with Kills Pay, which allows one to collect money each time they kill a mob or player. Our server is run on 4 GB of speedy DDR3 RAM, and we posses 32 slots.For our Hunger Games Server we use Survival Games, which is the most widely known HG plugin for Minecraft. Rest assure that this plugin is reliable.
Staff
We employ a small army to staff our server. We take our server seriously, so our staff should as well. Our staff are tested before they get their rank, and the majority of them are known from previous servers. Their goal is to protect your game play and make sure you have a good time. Our staff is as follows:
