MCsurvive [Semi-Vanilla] [1.9] [Looking for staff]
SO i've just made a server, it's a smaller survival server, im looking for people to come and help me moderate/create and manage the server, i need the following roles.

ModeratorA person responsible for moderating the server riding it of troublemakers

Junior Admin
AdminSimilar to mod but with more responsibilities
DeveloperPeople who can either build or introduce plugins which would make the server better. Permissions would also be useful task for them to do.
Community managerSimilar to mod/admin except they handle things like staff applications, staff abuse applications, player abuse applications ect.
Make up your own application formats but make sure it include why you should be staff and your IGN.and skype if you have it

why do i want to be a staff?
because i want to help the server i dont grief hack or something bad
im not lying about this
so pls believe me i want to be a admin or something because i want to impress players and other staff by building things helping the server following the rules and more
so pls accept me i promise to not grief ,swear,hack,notfollowing the rules. and more
i will follow the owner and other staff ill be kind to other players,staff and especially owner i want to be co owner but i guess ill be admin or something if you accept me ill be kind to you and good i will follow your commands and i dont swear,smoke or drink or something bad i dont do bad things i dont bully players or owners or staff so pls accept me i will not spam the chat and when someone is fighting i will stop it and say stop it thats not the right thing to do and if im a staff i will ban people if u told me so but if the player is bullying hacking and griefinf or something i will ban him but not being mean because thats bad when you are doing that to the server so pls accept me

Why I want to be staff: This is quite the difficult question, because so many people give a cliché answer. I refuse to say such a thing as "ai wenna hulp the serve cuz ai lik hulpin an shiz". No no no, that simply will not do. Therefor, I will state that I want to help the server because of the following:
Why I want to be staff in general- Over my time finding threads that strike a good deal on this section of the forums, I have found many fellow applicants that say an answer such as "I like helping and want to help a server in need". True, this is a good and quite possibly honest answer that you would give. However, over time, it has gotten old, and now it just sounds as if they didn't put time into their application, or they didn't give a truthful answer. I, on the other hand, want to make my application as truthful as can be, so I will answer this question with saying that I want to be staff because I want to gain experience that can aid me in future situations, such as handling an important responsibility. Having such a responsibility as this can give me experience in the real world.
Why I want to be a Community Manager- I'd like to be a Community Manager because I feel that there are so many people out there that are in need of help or would make a great staff manager and when I don't have a factor in these it drives me nuts because the Owner may not currently see the full situation at hand. Now I finally have this chance to have a factor in these situations, and I don't want to pass it up. I have been seeking a job like this for a while now, and I feel it would be a perfect position for me.
What can I bring to the server: I can bring a staff team that is not corrupt, follows the rules like any other player, and does their job correctly. I can also help create a system where it is easy to report people who are breaking the rules, but also make sure that there is evidence to the report instead of something like the following:

1.)How long have you played minecraft?: I have been playing since the release of 1.2.4. That is around 2-4 years now. I forget it's been so long.
2.)Are you familiar with commands?: I love commands it's one of my favourite things to fiddle with. I am familiar with utmost all plugins that are common. If I don't know the plugin or it's commands, I'll be studying it until I get the meaning of it and the basic idea.
3.)Can you learn and adapt to the playerbase we will soon build?: Of course! I'll be able to take in everything bit by bit. I would ask people to report to me if they have issues with commands or permissions. I'm great with GroupManager and familiar with PermissionsEx. I know all the basic permissions a normal player needs in-order to play and get the correct experience!
4.)Can you record at 30+fps?: I can, yes. I'm currently on my crappy mac as I am on a "Vacation" (tournament for hockey). I have a PC at home with an i7 Intel quad core processor. An NVIDIA GeForce GTX960 graphic card. 16 gas of ram and 2 GBS of vram.
5.)How often can you play on the server?: As often as I can!
6.)Give me a quick 200 word summary of what makes you unique: Something that makes me unique is how experienced I am. I've had the game for such a long time so I've had time to master commands slowly and memorize as much as I can. I remember watching the sales going up by the day. I remember watching 5k sales go up. Now it's in the millions. I've had a great head-start, and took great advantage of this. I remember when minecraft was just vanilla, now it's a great game with many mini-games and opportunities, I can safely say it's changed my life.
7.)What can you do to provide help to the server?: Setting up permissions, perfecting commands and permissions, and helping by making the chat nice and sleek. I have edited the essentials config several times and I know exactly how to edit chat and make it look more clean, less bulgy.
8.)Are you active staff on any other server?: Yes, I'm an Admin on a server that I will not advertise. You can contact me via Skype if you'd like to more into this topic.
