MINECOIN is a pvp faction server with custom built world. We are professional managed and administrated where admins DO NOT spawn items and not bias to any players. We are a server driven by what the community wants and how they expect things to be. Nothing here is limited to what you can do and the things you can do with it will surprise even us. We feel it is important to listen to what the players want and you can find here many features we offer you won't find anywhere else.

I've been Co-Owner twice, Admin four times (Head Admin 3), Manager once, Temporary Owner for a month once, and a Moderator nine times. Sadly I haven't done too much with plugins, but I see this as an opportunity to learn from some more experienced staff. I was mostly in charge of discipline and builds (spawn for example).
Why you should employ me:
I'm a fast learner, have someone show me around the plugins for a good hour and I'll be fine (I'm already really good with computers in general). I'm an incredible builder (sadly no photos were taken, but I can assure you will be proven this), and I would actually would be happy even as just that: the server builder. However, I'd be happy if the opportunity was available to learn more about plugins so the server could benefit more from me being there. Sometimes as long as it isn't against the rules, I've helped normal players build houses, warps etc, as long as they supplied the materials to preserve legitimacy.
What could I possibly bring to the server that may help it's future?
Like I stated before, if you could have someone show me the ropes of plugins, my mastery of staff positions would be complete. With this new power, I'd try to add new features and plugins to the game, with the approval of the Owner (such as Spleef which I have made many times, new abilities for the player, arenas, and other bonus plugins that players may suggest or be interested in. The player's the customer, and the customer's always right. My main focus as a staff member was to make it a better experience for the players, not us. Ensuring that they have the best time possible secures the server's future, having us know that there will be future players for us to keep happy.

I work a full time career and would even be willing to help support the cost of the server once finding a good server to staff on. I am reliable and I get the job done. I am a great builder and I am a friendly and kind person. I learn quick am from the USA east coast. I work 3rd shifts so during the week I will be on during the day weekends Ill be on more during the night. Experience as staff: I have staffed so many servers i really cannot even remember the first ones. I have tried several times to own my own server, but for some reason i can never get to portforwarding because of some issue with my internet, but anyways, i resulted in staffing servers as a second option. So to answer your question, i am in the top 1% of most experienced staff members.
Experience with plugins: As i said, i tried to make my own servers but never got past portforwarding, i did, however, make the entire server before i tried, this resulted in complete knowledge in a large number of plugins including essentials, PEX, groupmanager, WorldGuard, minigame plugins, survivalgames, and over 100 more.
Why should I employ you: Because i know what to do and when to do it due to experience, i do not mess with the chain of command, and i dont go off doing things im not supposed to and banning random people because they are annoying me. I keep my composure and do what the owner would want to be done in any given situation.

Experience as staff: I was the previous owner of 3 different servers that have had a minimum of 40+ players on at all times. Although, two of these servers were Pixelmon. My YouTube channel helped me out to get these players, but my account was banned for 'copyright' (I got screwed over by YouTube for my own music). Besides the 3 servers I owned, I have been admin/co-owner on many other servers, including iancoullahan1's server. He was one of my YouTube partners because we are IRL friends. I am extremely experienced with all the plugins, including some plugins I created myself.
Experience with plugins: Like I said, I am great with most, if not all plugins. I have created a few of my own, although I got quite a bit of help with it.
Why should I employ you: I would help by putting my time and effort into everything needed to make the server better and more popular. It is summer time for me so I spend 12+ hours a day playing MineCraft. Not only can I 'moderate' a server, but I am a very experienced builder. I am great with redstone, in fact it is probably one of my favorite parts of the game. I personally believe that grammar matters, I would not play on a server where the staff members had bad grammar and typed like 'how r u guys today' instead 'How are you guys today?'. It makes the server look that much more professional. I also have a really high patience meter, I can answer questions all day without blowing a fuse like I see a lot of moderators.
