Me and some "Top Shelf" builders are making a brand new RPG server.

This server will be the next best RPG server ever. As you read this builders are building on the server.
Here is the idea:
This server will be like no other because the server will have 5 races. The races are Humans, Orcs, Elves, Dwarfs, Lycan, and maybe more. Each race will have their own nation (Towny). We will either use Heroes, Ancient RPG, or our own custom plugin which will give the players classes such as Rogue, Mage, Warrior, and Healer along with custom HP, Dmg., Skills, and etc. Maybe even custom mobs.
The server will be a war between the races, where what players do will affect the server in different ways. Players can expand their Nation's/Race's control over the world. Players will be able to become part of the lore. The Server will have great PvP and PvM.
The players will be in control of what happens on the server and they will create their own history. The players can choose to do whatever they want to whether it be doing quests, be an assassin/mercenary, own a town, joining parties, joining a guild, or almost anything else.
What we need from you:

We need a Website Maker.
One who can make a great website like this -> http://atherys.com/. We want to stay away from Enjin but if we can't we will use it. Would like you to know HTML.
We need a Plugin Coder.
This is so this server can be very special. If we had our own custom plugin then this server would be like no other. You need to be able to make advanced plugins. We would like a custom plugin that gives the players races to choose from and classes such as Rogue, Mage, Warrior, and Healer along with custom HP, Dmg., Skills, and etc. Maybe even custom mobs. I know Heroes is out there but we want a custom plugin for this if we could.
We need Sponsors,
People who will help pay for the server hosting so that the server will stay alive.
You will get special privileges if you are a sponsor.
We need Admins.
If you want to be an Admin you need to be great at any of the other jobs, be friendly, listen well, and know how to run a nation. The Admins will be put in high level positions in the nations. The Admins will set up events in the nation, help the players in the nation, and Admins must know the lore for the nation they are in. If you apply for Admin put what nation you want to be in.

What can you bring to the server: If given these powers, I will be strict to ensure that rules will be followed, and help is given to those that need it. When of the essence, I will be strict and un-forgiving, when other times, friendly and playful. However, it would ultimately depend on the situation at hand. My one intention, only intention, for these powers, is for the good of the community. It is/will be, my top priority to change and make an impact on the community for the better. If given the chance, you will see my capability to make a difference.
Can you help advertise?: My specialty is video advertising, so if that is needed, then I shall be more than sufficient in advertising for you.
What would you do if someone was disrespecting a player or another staff member?: Depending on the severity of the problem, certain actions will be taken. Most likely, a warning will first be issued, (if continued) followed by a tempban, or kick with a specific reason explaining why it is not allowed. Of course, all of this may vary as the variables involved in this situation are quite large.
What would you do if someone started swearing or spamming?: Once again, it all varies on the severity of the situation. If the player will not stop after given a warning, he/she will receive a 15 minute mute. After the mute, if the spamming still continues, it will be followed by a kick or temp-ban, but if severe enough, such as swearing, and disrespecting, then a ban will be issued and all players involved in the insults will have recompense.
Experience with being staff: Over the past few years in which I have played Minecraft, I have earned staff on several servers. While none of those servers were relatively popular, it was enough, and it felt good to be helping out a community. Admin, and Moderator were the most common ranks that I had achieved, while once, I earned myself Co-Owner. Although small servers are quite different from large servers, I would like to do to this server, what I have done for them.
Plugins Skills(Do you know any good plugins? Can you make plugins?): While I am sufficient with plugins, I do not have the knowledge to create them. Managing and organizing permissions is more my category, and that is where I excel.
Building Skills(How good of a builder are you? When did you start?): Sadly, I never worked well on my building skills, as I am more of a peoples' person.
