Need Staff! Builders! Plugin Coders! Skinners! And More!

Me and some "Top Shelf" builders are making a brand new RPG server.

This server will be the next best RPG server ever. As you read this builders are building on the server.

Here is the idea:

This server will be like no other because the server will have 7 races. The races are Humans, Orcs, Elves, Dwarfs, Valkyrie, Aquatic, Lycan, and maybe more. Each race will have their own nation (Towny). We will either use Heroes, Ancient RPG, or our own custom plugin which will give the players classes such as Rogue, Mage, Warrior, and Healer along with custom HP, Dmg., Skills, and etc. Maybe even custom mobs.

The server will be a war between the races, where what players do will affect the server in different ways. Players can expand their Nation's/Race's control over the world. Players will be able to become part of the lore. The Server will have great PvP and PvM.

The players will be in control of what happens on the server and they will create their own history. The players can choose to do whatever they want to whether it be doing quests, be an assassin/mercenary, own a town, joining parties, joining a guild, or almost anything else.

What we need from you:

We need Great Builders.
We need builders who can build one or more of these styles:

Medieval
Nordic
Gothic
Elven
Dwarven
Angelic
Orc
Underwater

If you apply for builder examples of your builds are helpful.

We need a Website Maker.
One who can make a great website like this -> http://atherys.com/. We want to stay away from Enjin but if we can't we will use it. Would like you to know HTML.

We need a Plugin Coder.
This is so this server can be very special. If we had our own custom plugin then this server would be like no other. You need to be able to make advanced plugins. We would like a custom plugin that gives the players races to choose from and classes such as Rogue, Mage, Warrior, and Healer along with custom HP, Dmg., Skills, and etc. Maybe even custom mobs. I know Heroes is out there but we want a custom plugin for this if we could.

We need Sponsors,
People who will help pay for the server hosting so that the server will stay alive.
You will get special privileges if you are a sponsor.

We need Admins.
First of all admin is earned. If you want to be an Admin you need to be great at any of the other jobs, be friendly, listen well, and know how to run a nation. The Admins will be put in high level positions in the nations. The Admins will set up events in the nation, help the players in the nation, and Admins must know the lore for the nation they are in. You can not apply for admin it must be earned.

We need a Expert Skinner.
You will make a skin for each of the races (M and F).
