Minecraft Builder Needed / Ops

Hi my names Ryan I have recently created a server within the past week, but unfortunately my building skills lack. Meaning that I have been using a free to use server hub. But I would like to move on from that and have something unique. So I someone to build me a better hub If you areinterested tell me below.
I also need a few Moderators to help me with some commands you must be fairly advanced with commands, not just basics.
