Question, why would anyone code a gamemode for you? You're making coding a gamemode for your server a big deal... If you want a gamemode coded for you, you should hire someone to do it for you, and not rely on people to code it for a "contest".
Because they win a rank if they win as well as getting to be a payed developer for everything they code after the gamemode
