I am looking for an experienced developer with expertise in AI and GUI plugins to be able to work for us on a regular basis whilst we create a sever. We have great intentions for this server and would like to implement pets, mounts, levels and even classes. Aswell as much more.
Obviously this would all take time and we would expect the developer to be able to fulfill our requests which we hope to be able to have a new idea and plugin added every couple of weeks.
A price would be setteled as and when we need the plugin.

I might be what you need. I currently host and run a server very similar to what you seem to be making. Has classes, quests, mercenaries ( pets ) already built mainly using Denizen and Citizens. Also has unique items etc that are given as rewards for quests or gettable from gambling.
