What can I do to get more people on the server:
I have a youtube based commuinity which recently expired at around 32 thousand subscribers, which was huge. After the collapse I took it intoo my own decision to start a brand new one known as VexoidPlays. This channel will feature SynergicPvP Often and will bring a variety of new players from all of the world. I believe that a combination of good staffing and publicity that it can bring more unique players than ever before. Having said this I can also confidently say I have had 3 years of staffing experience based on another larger server. I was head-admin for just over 6 months until it recently closed at the end of december. Since then I have been tring to find a server which would willingly accept my services that I provide.
What am I good at:
Generally as staff Im good at various things, I can deal with common threats to servers such as hackers and cheaters in a way which would have them believe they are winning when actually I am focusing on the best interests of the server. I am good at dealing with people in a fair and kind manner, I wont ban for anything. Lastly in relation to staff, I am good at being loyal and trustworthy which reflects the 3 years experience as staff on another server.
As well as staffing, I am good at building complex and strange structures which will look visually pleasing to new players who join the server. I think having good buildings around is a key element into successful servers. I can provide good knowledge on server commands and plugin information.
How long am I online per day and your timezone:
I am able to play as often as up to 6 hours per day. This may vary over the next few months as I am currently under examination in school so I'd obviously want to focus on that. My timezone is GMT as I am living in the United Kingdom.
