Hey =] um... I could advise you abit about your plugins and server management. XD
firstly, xAuth isn't the best. replace it with AuthMe.
Also, NoLagg doesn't do all it promises. only makes tnt not lag. that's all.
MobDisguise, if u have lags, might be the source of them.
and BackUp, is simply idiotic. DO the backups manually, only when you're sure you should.
StarGates can be replaced by the /warp command in Essentials.
And I have a few more suggestions.
