Minecraft Naruto Server Need Staff!

[color=#FF4000]Hello! I currently own a Naruto Server that is about 23% complete. The Hidden Leaf ( Konoha ) is complete, as well as most of the Clan Jutsu for the clans. However, I am not capable of doing everything by myself sadly. I am looking for mature and experienced individuals capable of making the best builds and coding the best jutsu! We are in need of Chat Moderators, Builders, Coders, and Administrators. Also if you know little to nothing about the anime series of Naruto, you probably should not apply. Experience: I have been a moderator on many servers including a naruto one and my own. This allows me to know how to handle problems professionally and I can play the server extremely well because I am on the latest episode and Manga.

Give an example of a situation and how you would handle it:If someone is being racist: I would warn them. If this attitude continues I will mute them for a short period of time around 5 to 10 minutes. If this still continues I will mute them longer and kick them. If they keep the horrible attitude going I will permanently ban them from the server.

Hey there SilentProdigy, I would like to apply for an admin position. With my knowledge on making, creating, and maintaining servers, I believe this is the best position suited for me. As for my reasons, I'm an 18 year old scholar that's an extreme fan of Naruto. Ive always thought of making a naruto server my self and this I have some very cool ideas that I think you'd like to hear. I know how to run and manage all kinds of plugins. Being a server owner my self, I know lots. Personally, I am not a big fan of applications, due to then fact that I could say a lot BS without you even knowing, so I'd rather show you my skills and ability to help and sustain your server with any help necessary.
As for my personality, I'm a very easy person to get along with, so that shouldn't be a problem.
I really think that I can make a difference on your server, I can make things happen. Consider this "application" and PM of you're interested in viewing my capabilities.
