Minecraft Plugin Dev(s) needed!

So me and my friend that host's minecraft servers were planning on making a epic minecraft server with custom plugins only one problem . . . . . . .The only thing me and him know about plugins are that they are for servers. (joke) I mean we know some stuff like commands and how to install but no how to make and code. We need about 5-6 Custom plugins each will be for different stuff. I mean we really need help also if we think you do a great beginning job we might hire you full time and then you will get 5-10% of the profit that are server might get.
