Your experience about being a moderator: I owned many servers, co-owner'd some others, but I do admit I never really actually been staff on any other servers other than my own. I can GFX, Do configuration files, find plugins, create good ideas, build good spawn templates and build them as well, and can do advanced enjin developing. Such as making an custom bar, theme, icons, ect.
Why do you want to be a moderator/helper: I want to be an moderator/helper because this server seem's like it has a pretty decent community, I know most of the players in this server pretty well, as well as some of the moderators.I want to help this server achieve what I couldn't on my own server. I believe that this server would be able to become into the top 100 list. Honestly, It could use some improvements, I have the skill to do that, as I could build a new spawn for you, create a new banner, get a higher playerbase, ect.
Can you donate? If yes, how much: I can't donate right now, but later on I can probably donate up to 50 - 80$.

Are you good with photoshop (if yes, please show us your creations): I've made a few logos for my server. I deleted most of them as I do not wish to own a server anymore, as they were on my forums, server folder, ect. So sadly I can not show you this as well. But I can create an basic logo for you to prove that I can photo shop. I can also create animated banners.
Can you record/edit videos (if yes, please show us your creations): I've had a old youtube channel but I've deleted it and all the video's because I didn't feel like making videos anymore and could not satisfy my subscribers.

Your experience about being a moderator: I've been a moderator for a couple servers but mostly I've been a part owner or administrator.
Why do you want to be a moderator/helper?: I realize that I'm older than most minecraft players so with my maturity I'm able fullfill the moderator role effectively. I don't take sides and I don't care about arguments and who started what or when. All I care about is settling issues with maturity and responsibly and giving every player the optimal Minecraft, and for that matter MCRepublic, experience. I don't really care about the powers that come along with being a moderator besides being at a level with enough power to resolve disputes effectively.
Another thing I'm really passionate about is answering questions. I feel like too many people come to the server and, surprise, it's a new server so they may not be familiar with how things work. I remember when I first started, I received very little help starting out. I constantly had questions and that may be annoying to some but to a moderator, they should be answered. So I find myself answering questions for newer players which reflects well on MCRepublic in the long-run.

Secondly, I already am a helper on MC Republic. I know 200+ commands from servers, too.
Why do you want to be a moderator:, I've seen a lot of mods abusing their powers, and in the forums, I think the 2 most filled topics are Ban appeals and Complaints. Why do you want to be a moderator/helper:Ok ok there are some mods that dont care about hackers when people are complaining about them(not naming anyone)
And there are some mods that temp ban people for the WORST reasons and I want to be nice and help other peeps
