hey guys
basically i am admin on a few servers.
however it always seems i am the only person who wants the push the server in the right direction (with good builds, server stucture, plugins community etc.)
all the previous servers i have been op on have such bad owners and rubbish ops who dont build for the good of the server
i want to be part of a succesful server
so i am asking here if anyone has a server which they really want me to help with and hopefully make succesful. BUT YOU must make an effort too because one op cannot do it all on his own it has to be a joined effort.
so many owners and ops out there are totally clueless.

good with every aspect of minecraft. konw all commands etc and learn new plugins quickly
please reply if u have a server you would be willing to let me be op on or whatever
