Minecraft server

I am stating a minecraft server and would like someone who is 12-any age that knows how to work plugins and set up things like that. I would like if you have building skills but it is not a necessity. Also I would would like you to be mature but knowing when to have fun, Of course once the server is finshed you would be a admin. thanks.
