Why are you better then the guy below: Well i am nice respectful and i wont rage i will keep gonig and never give up i will keep the server calm and nice i am against hackers and glitchers they are banned from my list so if i see one first jail then tempban then ban if keep doing it over and over i can code! and i am really respectful and cool!
Experience: I owned 4 servers been staff on 6 more and well they loved me so yea i think i ave alot of experince

I am not the guy that doesn't raise his hand in class. I am not the guy that sits out of all the activities. I stand out in a crowd. I am honest, and trustworthy. I don't lie, even when I have made a mistake. I am pretty funny and get along great with others. I don't argue or get made and staff abuse. I like to set examples for others! I love engaging myself into activities and conversations. I am a very friendly guy that just wants to help in way way, shape, or form. Although I can't build too great... I know how to keep a server under control, without kicking everybody out. I keep aware of chat spam, hacking/modding, and much more. I have a lot of experience and have played minecraft for over 2 and a half years now. Minecraft has slowly become a happy and enjoyable part of my life. I play everyday, and play for over 2 hours each day!

I was a co-leader on ExoCraft, a admin on Aquainfinity, another admin on Nerds Aliance, A moderator on Blazing balls, A Leader/Owner of Kings Of LA, and many many more staff experiences!
What would you do if someone was griefing:
First I would kick the player as a warning. If he joins back and does it again. I would tempban the player. If he joins back and does it gain, it would end up being a permanent ban.

Why are you better then the guy below:Because i am funny guy who can bring a great player base to the server and i am also a great morale support but i can be mature when it comes to it.
Experience: have owned 2 servers co-owned 4 and have been admin on over 10
What would you do if someone was griefing: First If it was against the rules i would ban them immediatley depending on the extent of the grief would determine if it is a tempban or not.
