Really, As long as you do not share any personal information there is no harm in exchanging skype details. Skype is usualy very useful for servers as the owner and admins can then keep in touch and when needed be called for. An age limit is useful
as usualy players 15 years or older are more mature then younger ages making them better admins at times.
