Minecraft server Builder recruitment!

Hi guys, I'm planning a reset this week. I need it to be spectactular. I need a new spawn, shop, everything! I need this done within 24 hours. I need around 5-10 builders. I would like it to be a midevil themed spawn. I also want it on a floating island so players can drop down into the map. Each builder will be OP'ed for the building part. Then after the build they will get set as a DEV rank. Feel free to post down in the comments if you wanna help. Please post images of your previous builds. I want to make sure I'm recruiting the right people for the job.
