hi i have a minecraft server and i got my ip but if you dont live in my house you cant play it my home ip is 192.168.1.5 but when i trie upload it to planet minecraft it says this is your home ip you must get your public ip, withc is 124.168.156.196 but i dont know how to make that my server ip please help

Go to whatismyip.com and also port forward (No port forward=Nobody Playing)
I don't really understand what you are asking, but I believe you forgot to port forward. Did you do that?
