My minecraft server doesn't work. Please i need fast help

Hello i have a minecraft server for about a month now and i host it from my computer, and yesterday it stopped to work so i removed and reinstalled java and it started to work again.
But only i can connect to my server after that and that is strange because i use a static ip and i have portforwarded right and i use right ip adress.

I am very grateful for fast help
