Minecraft Server Help!!

I need help with a plugin that im trying to download on my server.
I have 8 plugins, I want one more plugin, it is called BlockParty.
I have all of its requirements listed on the BlockParty bukkit page, but for some reason it wont go on my server! Its in my folder, but the plugin is not displayed in game! I downloaded it and put it in my plugins folder and everything! Please help!

P.S if I can have an answer right away, that would be great. I play BlockParty with my best friend Shelbug123 and she loves that game so I want to surprise her with the plugin on my server tomorrow if she can log on!
