MineCraft Server, Help Me Build

Well i got this server i got 8 plugins and i need help build my server up like pvp arena mob arena and fun stuff like that building a spawn. the server is no were nere being done or public u could say i need beta testers but i will have it hosting on another computer thats why i have it hosting and playing on same but more plugins i will get i need suggestions if you could please come join it and help me start building i got world edit to make it easy um the server ip is
