You would pay via pay pal or you could mail me the money. Everything can be customized. I can put up to 100 slots in and go up to 24 months. The map can also be upgraded depending on the number of slots.

Wow... my server has way more space than that. We can hold 15 people with no lag, but for some reason our hosters allow us to have more than 15 on at a time. And we still get zero to none lag. We have 2GB RAM, 100 megabit Connection, Dual 8-Core AMD Opteron 2.4Ghz. And we only pay like $30 mo.
Agreed. I prefer servers that just limit the number of players for the price choice, not the size of the world.

What is map size? is that disk space or area in blocks? How much for a 15 person server on a 4000x4000 world with plugin forcing the boundary per month? What is available for the purchaser to modify the plugins that are installed and the configuration of them? is a static ip provided or a url to go to?
That is the area in blocks. So a 2 500 000 would be 1500*1500. The price for a 15 slot server with 4000*4000 would be $52.00 per month. Let me recommend that you bring the map size down. You don't need that much space unless you want that. A 4 000 000 map size (2000*2000) would cost $30.00 and a map size of 7 562 500 (2750*2750) would cost $38.00 a month. I can put any plugin you wish into the server. It would be a static ip. (ex. 00.123.456.789)
