Minecraft Server -- Need help

Hello , I am making a server with a hub with Factions , prison , survival , creative , So I want to have commands for each section so it would be like seperate servers that hold them but 1 server host what I mean is if a prison mine resets I dont want the whole server to see in so how would I make it so only people in the prison section see it?
Also I would like to know how to change a server i.p so it wont have a port I would pay for a domain Such as . play.razonhub.net but I cant find out how. I run my server off of mcprohosting.
