Minecraft server I NEED HELP

recently i made a minecraft server the server is working perfectly but i need some help woth plugins. i am horrible at plugins and mods so some help would be nice.
i just need someone who has a mac and is good at plugins. we can use team viewer to install them and in return they will be opped in the server
