Minecraft Server NEEDED + Staff

Hello, My names Shane and I would like my own server, the trouble is I find it hard with all the Realms and server stuff, If you make me a server, Make me owner on it and pay (I will donate sometimes to help and thank you) I will do these things
1. Make You Co_Owner
2. Let you have full OP
3. Let you do whatever you like
4. Decide whats coming next for the server (Ill give ideas, we both have to agree)
5. Give you a Shoutout on Youtube (I have 213 subs)
Also, When the time comes, I will need Staff! The servers going to be a faction server to start of with, but that's a post for server recruitment ;p
