Minecraft server - needs a name

Hello, My name is PyroLancer. I recently just started a server, It works and everything. Now i just need to make a website and a forum so people can apply for a higher rank. Now here's the part that i would really like help with sine this is my first server to administrate from the scratch.
1. I really suck at naming things and i could really use some help, so i can create the minecraft server and the website.
2. I have to use hamachi to connect sadly, I have a premium account and so do all my friends but when i try to fx: connect to my router through the internet i cant do anything there since not even my parents know the user and pass and i cant also portforward since that website doesnt have Vodafone on that so i ant use the damn youtube videos to help me with that since they all use porforward.
3. any ideas of awesome plugins? i have some already atm: authme,
