Minecraft Server Network: Need Builder/Coders

I'm currently looking to build a team for a new Minecraft Server Network, you can visit the website http://www.playmconline.com for more info about the current server types being worked on.
I'm looking for serious individuals that want to create a successful network of servers each one focusing on specific niche targeted features.
I'm 36 years old and maturity is one of the most important requirements to join our team.
Requirements:
-Age 16+
-Microphone
-Skype
-Team Speak 3
-Self Motivated
-Team Player
Positions Needed
-Java Coders (need 5-6 coders and looking for someone with the experience to lead our dev team)
-Expert Builders (need 5-6 expert builders and must show proof/screenshots of your work and looking for someone with the experience to lead our build team)
My Job/Commitment to this team:
-I handle our financial needs with server costs (server is through http://www.ovh.com and is a dedicated server), advertising and web hosting needs (currently using enjin, however we will eventually move to a real website)
-I handle the community manager needs, we currently have 100+ twitter followers and our server hasn't launched yet, I'll be setting up facebook when I have more time)
-I maintain plugin configuration and keep all our plugins up to date
For those looking to join the dev team: I had a few coders helping out for a while, so we have several custom plugin features that are all between 50-80% complete, when joining this team you will immediately have projects to get started on.
For those looking to join the build team: If you don't have any screenshots of builds you've worked on, build something - take a screenshot and send it to me. (our current needs are for medieval/rustic style structures)
My goal is to build this team to around 10-15 people, I'm looking for self-motivated, dedicated people that want to be part of our team.
