Minecraft Server - Programmers Needed!

Hey guy's I am a experienced server owner. I am looking for programmers that are willing to make me plugins in exchange for in-game items and a "[Developer]" rank. You will be able to choose items to get from my donator shop for free and you will get special commands that regulars don't get, once we release the server and get donations you will be paid for your work.
