Im looking for a nice server that has these expectations, in other words, this is a kind of server that im very picky on and looking for:

- Mature staff
- GOOD rules, and not rules like "Be a good sport" what are you? Five?
- LOW PLAYER SLOTS (Maybe up to 10-15 player slots, maybe even 20)
- Mature players
- Must be Factions, but not OP factions.
- Using common sense

The rest is beyond my limit. I can take maybe 1 annoying player, honestly thought thats even pushing it. Please CLOSELY evaluate this message to understand what I'm looking for.
