MineCrap [Server Idea]

Hello i was wanting to know if any 1 could host a private whitelisted server for us.
My goal for the server it:
*Start a small community
*Have a Spawn City
*Have a nether portal hub (Connect portals)

It dosen't really matter if its a paid server or a hosted server. it
just needs to be on most of the time
