Mini-Games Server - Developers/Staff/Builders Needed
Hello My name is Rokunas or Rokas and I'm looking for people for my new server NeonCraft, this server will be mini-games server, so I am in need of (Builders, Staff, Developers, Coders and Web Coders) you must be mature about it. I'm planning to release the server for 0.1v Alpha so i need help very soon, we have already built some mini-games but we need help with integrating them into the server. Currently we have 3 people in the team, and we are aiming to make our mini-games server as good as HyPixel or HiveMC , so don't be shy and if you got a talent and you are mature, fill in the application form NOW!!!

Past experience: I have experience with BungeeCord which is what I'm assuming
you're going to use for your server. I can help you with BungeeCord-related issues however, not all but most of them. I can set it up for you from scratch if needed and I could teach you some basics of it too. BungeeCord is something advanced and you need not worry as I can help with most issues. If you have some server side issues, I can help with most issues too whenever possible. That's my experience. As a sidenote, I had a Minecraft server that I didn't open as I bought it to study about Minecraft servers.

Why do you want to help our project: I want to help out with your project as I see that you are someone ambitious and I believe that you require some help with it too. I really love helping out but as long as you don't misuse my trust, I'm good to go out of the box. Also, your ambitious project seems very interesting and I'm interested*.
Why should we choose you: You should choose me as I have a good amount of experience with servers. By that, I do not mean being an admin etc on other servers or knowing everything about popular plugins like Essentials. By that I mean that I really do have experience as I've done this before.
What can you bring us: I can bring you dedication and solid hardwork if plausible. Also, you can expect good server help with me on board. Do not be shy to try as if you try, you will fly.

If your server isn't any proxy-related type of server like BungeeCord, your server may not handle the amount of ambitious things you've mentioned above, resulting in the staff's hardwork going down the drain.
